Shipping & Returns

• Delivery within Kuwait in 1–2 business days for KWD 2, free on orders over KWD 30.
• GCC shipping (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) in 3–7 business days for KWD 8, free over KWD 150.
• Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, sterile or opened consumables cannot be returned.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
